What Motivates You to Lose Weight?

What gives you the motivation to lose weight? Does having to spend endless hours at the gym motivate you? Or does living off of salads motivate you? I'm guessing that the answer to both of those questions would be no.

Keep in mind that losing weight, staying fit and being overall healthy is more greatly achieved through the food we eat. Exercise will not benefit you near as much if you're eating processed garbage laden down with bad oils, artificial sweeteners and unhealthy grains.
